Two packages. Done-For-You is a one-page site written and built for you: $139/month with $0 to launch and a 12-month minimum, or $999 one-time. Growth is a multi-page site of up to 7 pages with service pages, town pages and full Google Business Profile setup: $1,799 one-time. Domain, hosting and SSL are included in both. Yes. After a short call we design a concept of your new homepage within 2–4 business days. If you like it, we send a simple agreement and start building. If you don't, you owe nothing — no deposit, no strings.
You pay nothing until your site goes live. Then it's $139 a month via PayPal for 12 months. Hosting, SSL, up to 1 hour of updates every month and priority support are included the whole time.
After 12 payments the site is yours. We transfer the domain and files to you, or you can keep us hosting and updating it on Site Care for $120/month. If you want to leave before 12 months, you pay the remaining months and the site is yours.
You see a free concept within 2–4 business days of our call. After you approve it, the finished site is ready to review in about 7 days for Done-For-You and about 2 weeks for Growth. Timelines count from the day we have your details — your project moves as fast as your feedback comes back.
Yes. Pay once and the site is yours at launch; on the monthly plan it's yours after 12 payments. We register and manage the domain for you. Once the site is yours, we transfer the domain and every file to you within 14 business days of your request, at no charge. It's hand-coded, so there's no platform lock-in.
We accept PayPal and wire transfer. One-time packages: 50% after you approve the concept, 50% at launch. Monthly plan: a PayPal subscription that starts on launch day. Everything is spelled out in a simple written agreement before we start.
Your business details, the services you offer and the towns you cover. Photos and a logo are welcome but optional — we can use photos from your Facebook or Google profile, or licensed stock. We write all the copy, and you approve it before anything goes live.
Not at all. We take care of the domain, hosting, SSL, Google Analytics, Search Console and everything else. If you can answer a few questions on a call, you have everything you need to work with us.
Done-For-You includes 30 days of support after launch and Growth includes 60 — bugs, display issues and small adjustments. On the monthly plan, up to 1 hour of updates per month is included. Otherwise, changes are $95/hour (1-hour minimum), or you can take Site Care at $120/month with up to 1 hour of updates.

Yes. We work with businesses across the United States and Canada. Everything happens over phone, email and video calls, so your location doesn't matter.
The same packages apply. We rebuild your site from scratch in clean code. Your domain stays the same, and we set up redirects so existing search traffic carries over to the new site. The process is identical to a new build — we just already know where you're starting from.
AI builders are great for getting something online fast — but "online" and "getting customers" aren't the same thing. An auto-generated site rarely says anything specific about your business, and it won't set up the local SEO that gets you found when nearby customers search. We build a custom site around your business, written to convert, and optimized to show up on Google — and we handle all of it, so you stay focused on running your business.
WordPress works for a lot of things — but for a small business website, it adds complexity you don't need: plugins that need constant updating, themes that can conflict, and a database that adds load time. Hand-coded static sites load faster and don't break when something updates. For what our clients need, clean code is simply the better choice.
Yes. Site Care is month-to-month and you can cancel any time. Your site keeps running: we transfer the domain and files to you so you can host it yourself or hand it to another developer, with clear instructions for anything you need to manage going forward.
